ACPC, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1994, is committed to building and supporting programs within the community to ensure that children and families are a priority. Funding sources for ACPC include NC Smart Start, NC Division of Child Development, United Way of Alexander County, private contributions and grant sources. For over 15 years ACPC has served the approximately 2,300 children birth to five and their families in Alexander County with programs to enhance service for children and families. Children and families are the priority of ACPC.
